MotivaMe delivers wellness-related messages via SMS, including welcome messages, daily motivation, check-ins, and progress updates.

MotivaMe is not a medical service and does not replace individualized medical or nutrition care.

MotivaMe is offered as a recurring subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Eat & Nourish account.

By subscribing, you may receive recurring SMS messages related to your MotivaMe subscription. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS messages does not automatically cancel your subscription or billing.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information

• Ensuring you have permission to receive SMS messages at the phone number provided

• Managing subscription changes through your account

• Ensuring the subscription is purchased and managed by an adult (18 years and older), including subscriptions used to support minors

Eat & Nourish LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the MotivaMe service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
