I'm Cenida Gomez-Flores, a passionate Registered Dietitian since September 2020

and healthcare professional since 2012.

I founded Eat & Nourish in November 2022, with the purpose of providing nutrition counseling and education to individuals of all ages. Whether the goal is to enhance an individual's overall health or guide women in achieving weight loss, my commitment extends to enriching people's understanding of nutrition and supporting their development of dietary habits and skills that promote not just healthy eating but also a holistic approach to a happy, healthy, and vibrant life.
